so last night while i was on my way to a movie i was next to a SUV about to get on the freeway. We both went at the same time it was to my left and as we were going she began honking her horn at me (i think she thought i was in her lane) but i wasnt. So as we get on the freeway it opens to two lanes and she stays in the slow lane with me and gets up within about two feet of my bumper (her headlights disappear she was so close). So i slowed down to 55 in a 65 and she still stayed behind me, so feeling uncomfortable with her that close I tapped my brakes to get her to back off... well she jerked her wheel hard left and skidded out and hit the wall and then went back to a stop in the median. I went back to make sure she was alright, highway patrol came out and i filled out a statement as a witness he told me to put.... can she do anything to me??

If a car pulls out from a side street and travels 200-300 feet before being hit from behind by another car who is doing at least 25 over the limit and the police report states that the driver of this speeding is drinking, emotional distress (arguing with his passenger), and has a criminal record a mile long fo speeding, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, ect....... ( I am NOT the speeding drunk driver by the way) .... let me be clear, the speeding drunk driver with a record a mile long is the one who hit me from behind after i pulled out and traviled 200-300 feet nope no ticket and i should have also mentioned this was at night and i dont believe the drunk had his lights on cause i looked twice and saw no headlights that was anywhere near close enough to be a threat so eather he had no lights on and/or traviling at the speed of light so as to close in the distance much faster than anyone could have predicted. also this was 2 lanes so he could have taken his own lane. there is no way to know for sure about his lights i guess cause the front end of his car was totaly whiped off on inpact.
