I often go online to simply surf and offer advice sometimes to people only within my skill knowledge and profession which may assist individuals in need of some help. I am a retired Judge who has work in personal injury law and family court for over 40 years. I served our country as a woman in the 70's, and I am very up to date on my knowledge and still write essays which get published and Ivy league colleges across the nation and internationally. I am still a professor who lectures about 100 days of the year and say I am very proud of my work without touting my horn as I have faced a tremendous amounts of struggle like being a single mother to 3 children, having a career, and facing terrible hypocrisy in the 70's and 80's. Often I go to the message boards on various sites and I read about various situations people run into and problems. the theme of this weekend seems to be Loaning things out to Ex husband's or Wives. Some of them are major items, others can be a hair brush. I do not offer any biased advice other than that of the law which can be beneficial to people who don't explore their responsibilities before leading such things out especially to people in whom you have been legal with/ are legal with, or will be legal with. Please if you have a concern about something that you are uncomfortable with in terms of lending it out to an EX I urge you to voice these issues and talk about them, and think of the legal, if any issues if they should arrise. Exes should not be granted any property after the marriage ends no matter if you share pets, businesses or children. Now flame away if you must or agree or disagree!

Hi, My fiance` and I have been living in this apartment for 3 years on a month-to-month lease.
