Why am I getting ripped off on my car insurance?
29 yrs old, licence held for 8 yrs. 8 yrs NCB. 2 non fault claims in 2007. Kept on driveway in WA15 (Cheshire). V reg 406 diesel. No points... �540 fully comp or �440 TPFT!!! Rip off ! My bike is worth more, licence had for less time, only 4 yrs NCB, Easier to nick (you could pick it up as insurance dont know what security is on it as it makes no odds to the quote), easier to crash (0-60 3secs, top speed about 155mph) - �250 fully comp... Doesnt make sense... Timbo, I dont think I explained that properly. The 2 "claims" I had werent actually claims on my insurance. I never went through my own policy. Because they were both obviously the third party's fault, their insurance accepted liability immediately and dealt with the matter themselves. Therefore I never did claim through my own insurance.

claiming delay car accident 1 year on?
uk only plz basically about 1 year ago someone rear ended me admitted fault and there insurers contacted me directly and paid out direct to me (not much either �200) but now one year on i have renewed and found that with the cheapest insurance quote for me is �150 extra than what it would be if i hadnt mentioned about a non-fault claim so can i claim this cost from the insurers who origionally paid out or what because i think this is terrible - i have to pay more for my insurance because as i was stopped someone drove into me, also for a �200 claim if its �150 extra a year for the nxt 4 years ill be at a loss of �600. any help would be appreciated thanks or if it cannot be claimed back could i pay the insurers back the �200 and then there would be no claim?
