Who is the best personal injury firm to go with when making a claim?
I have suffered a work based accident, and am looking for a company to 'go with', but there are so many to choose from I don't know where to begin. Does anyone have any personal experience good or bad to advise me?

Backstory: I worked for a Personal Injury firm a few years ago and got fired (wrongfully, I must add). The senior partners felt I was stirring the pot too much by demanding that the corrupt Office Manager who'd been there 15 years be held accountable for her shady actions. Shortly thereafter, the two attorneys that I worked for quit and started their own firm. Now I?m working for a nationally recognized corporate law firm and yesterday, I got a call from one of the attorneys I worked for offering me a job at their firm. They said they'd pay me very well and wouldn't put out an ad for a month, giving me time to think about it. What should I do? The work load would increase significantly if I went back to work for them, but they'd surely pay more. Still,, should I quit this prestigious firm to work for them? I loved working with these guys. They're young, unjaded and flexible. I'm torn! The job I got fired from is the one I loathed. The two guy I worked for were awesome and have since started their own firm and offered me the job because they've gotten a ton of new clients. As for dynamics, it would be great to work back with these guys. They were the coolest. They hated the old office just as much as I did.

Looking for a program to use for a Law Office to help keep track of clients.?
My boyfriend has decided to start up his own office and so far is doing good. I'm trying to plan ahead and am looking for a program to help him (he isn't to organized) keep track of his clients. He use to work at a firm that had a very good program but I don't know what it was called. The program was hooked up on all computers (they were linked together since it was a large firm) and it had all the client's information including the other attorney's information (personal injury firm) and had a section where you could type notes which allowed everyone to write down any information while talking on the phone. Whenever someone called up wanting info they were able to type in a name and the information would pop up that they could add to it. I'm looking for something similar to this so he can easily talk with clients without having to dig through their files. We need a program we can trust since it will have SS#'s and other important information and one that doesn't require internet connection to use. One of the computers we plan to put a program on isn't connected to the internet and is at another location but we can update it when we use it. Also the internet service around here is very bad and half the time it doesn't work. The program doesn't have to be linked to other computers.
