Following issues with manager / bullying causing Dr Certified Depression and Long Term Absence, then misuse of Policies by Employer I now have been dismissed. What I would like to know if anyone can answer -point me to a Case / Website is: If I take a case to an Employment Tribunal for my Unfair Dismissal can I then following this procedure take employer to County Court for Injury damages under Protection from Harassment Act 1997 or visa versa. ie; can I utilise both procedures or only the one. Most solicitors (no win no fee) appear to favour the Tribunal route probably because easier to prove. Any input appreciated particular from anyone been through procedure or Legally trained.

In the UK; Who can my sister complain to regarding failure in duty of care within a NHS hospital?
She does not want to leave this compaint with Cheif executive of the hospital as they are biased towards their own people. The failure of care resulted in a death of her baby. She cannot afford a solicitor. No win no fee is a no go and they will not take the case on despite saying there was clear neligence. So who else can deal with complaints and failures of a hospitals NHS staff? Please?????? PALS were involved and then we suddenly find that a nurse has taken over from PALS without even letting my sister know until she asked. FACTS? I cannot supply all the facts on here. IT would not be right. My sister wants justice for the child she lost and to hope that her taking the hospital to task will help prevent this happening to any other family !!!!!!!!!!!
