My husband was involved in a road traffic accident in Birmingham UK in july of this year (he was a passenger in a 7 seater car that was hit by an articulated truck) and subsequently filed for a whiplash injury claim. He hates going to the doctors at the time and he didnt go to an emergency room either when he was in pain...he just went straight to asda and purchased pain killers after reading up on treatment on the internet...hes had his whiplash medical (the doctor the insurance company sends out) and all went ok!...but because he didnt go to his GP will it effect his case? a friend has told him it will! yeh it wasnt his fault...he was stationary in a car waiting at a junction and a truck towing a huge trailer hit the car he was in from behind he had a medical with the oppenents insurance team...who provide a whiplash specialist doctor

Hiya guys, not sure if you can help was in an accident last week were my car slipped on ice came off the road and had a collision with a concreate post.
