My wife wants to leave claims she's loves me but unhappy.. Help advice.?
My wife has told me that shes leaving with my 3 kids. She says she still loves me but she will be better off on her own. (we are struggling financially). The kids are really attach to me more than her. Im not working because of a work accident. I will start to work soon. I know its all this is going on because of my disability. Should i beg her to stay.? What could i do ? I still pay for everything bills, rent etc. We been married for 10 years. The only problem i haven't been working. I feel like she not supportive Like i would be. Any advice. Its because all this time Ive been disabled my income is not like it used to be. What should i do.. Try talking but she is stuck on ger decision

Question about contempt of court motion over child support?
Hello! Last summer I had an accident at work. I was a self employed sub-contractor and was basically screwed for money after my accident. I had surgery on my leg and was out of work for months. I also could not work during the rehabilitation period either. As soon as I missed the first child support payment, my ex cut off all communication with me and wouldn't let me see or talk to my child either. I tried to explain to her what was happening but she would never respond. SO...I eventually got back to work and started paying again. I had to file a "motion to enforce" my visitation and SLOWLY began seeing my child again. THEN...my leg that I had the surgery on after my work accident became infected. They had to go in and remove all of the hardware that they put in during the 1st surgery. This left me unable to work for a few MORE months so I missed 4 more months of support payments and of course...she quit letting me see my son. NOW...I went back to work last week but have been ordered to appear at a contempt of court hearing for non-payment of child support. I have documentation of both of my surgeries and rehabilitation. My questions are.. 1.What normally happens at this type of hearing? 2. Can I make some sort of a deal with her to get caught up before the hearing to avoid it? And if so, can the "deal" be enforced by the court? I feel that's the only way she would make a deal. Thank you in advance for your advice and opinions!
